The Free Economic Zone "Vitebsk", total area - 1000 ha, is located on the north-east of Belarus, in the biggest industrial center of the north part of the republic - city of Vitebsk (population around 360,000 people), which is situated in a close vicinity to the grossest industrial and trade centers of Russia - Moscow, St. Petersburg; Baltic States - Riga, Vilnius, Klaipeda port.
