On August 25, 2015, the trilateral cooperation agreement was signed between the State Institution "Administration of Free Economic Zone" Vitebsk", General Directorate of Free Economic Zone "Naryn", and the special economic development zone "Kashgar" (Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, China).
