State guarantees

Activities of resident companies in the territory of FEZ "Vitebsk" is governed by a number of legislative acts on FEZ. Foreign investors in FEZ "Vitebsk" subject to the system of state guarantees of investment protection provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus concerning foreign investments.

Namely:

1. Presidential Decree of 9 June 2005. №262 "On some issues of the free economic zones activity on the territory of the Republic of Belarus" ;
2. Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 № 53-Z "On investments" ;
3. Law "On free economic zones" ;
4. 1. Regulations on FEZ "Vitebsk" .
