January 15, 2007 has been signed the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No.29, which made changes and corrections in some other President's decrees.

The President of the Republic of Belarus approved, by the Decree of January 15, 2007 No.29, widening the territory of the Free Economic Zone "Vitebsk". Now the factory Republican Unitary Enterprise "Vityaz" and Private Unitary Enterprise "BELIT Plant" are included in FEZ territory.

New FEZ "Vitebsk" residents' registration is permitted at this area.
